March Volunteer of the Month is Cassandra Frye

Cassandra Frye, standing near necklaces that she has created and are on display in the NPAC Gift Shop, is the ‘North Port Art Center Volunteer of the Month’ for March. Cassandra moved to North Port in 2002. Frye has been making jewelry for 1 1/2 years and hook rug designing & needlework in the past. She assisted with the Kids Summer Camp in July 2009, and now Cassandra hosts the building on Wednesdays and every third Saturday of the month so residents may view the Gallery Show, the Gift Shop items, take a tour of the NPAC, and sign up for classes, workshops, and NPAC memberships.
